Purpose of the Gulu Villsmedia ICT Expo

1.    Many youth yearn to prosper every year and more into business this prompting them to believe that they have a share in Uganda’s economy and this brings us to the most well thought after interactive Gulu expo 2013, on November 15 that we believe Uganda Investment Authority has a mandate to deliver to the citizen of Uganda about their expectations from the investment governing body therefore this meeting is to bring on table a closer relationship with UIA in Northern Uganda, we believe that UIA has priority sectors to tackle and still this meeting is also a platform to highlight its prospects to the youth and economy.

2.    Information is an apex in society, business, church, organization so  we as villsmedia know there is a lot of information that we need to share with the so many people especially the youth and this expo and meetings are aimed at making  sure that people get relevant information from the right people.

3.    Expo’s are increasingly becoming important as more organization/firms establish in the country and hence the need to be known. We aim to promote your organization through such an expo in November 15, 2013 in Gulu district. Not only will this increase awareness of our services and business name, but also enable you to interact with potential clients who may decide to utilize your service.

With you such key stake holders playing such an important role in engaging the youth with your experience and products gives the youth the opportunity to know what it takes to be entrepreneurial.

The importance of the role of youth entrepreneurship in creating employment opportunities from ICT is yet another important aspect, Villsmedia Company with Young people, for a number of reasons, are likely to be risk takers.  Young entrepreneurs have been closely identified with ventures associated with the digital economy and the spread of the Internet in particular.
